  • CNC Milling

    Our high performance CNC machining centres are designed for the production of short or long batch runs, enabling us to deliver high quality production with shorter lead times and lower costs. Our machines have both 3 & 4 axis capabilities. We work with a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild and alloy steels, copper alloys, brass, bronzes and plastics, providing one-off prototypes through to high volume batches. Greenbridge Precision have invested in ONC/CNC XR5 Cad Cam systems in order to accurately quote your components and provide precise lead times. Using one cnc XR5 programs can be written off-line quickly, with the ability to accept your drawings or models to ensure components are machined to your exact requirements.

  • CNC Turning

    Our high specification CNC lathes are designed for the production of short or long batch runs, enabling us to deliver high quality, with short lead times and lower costs. We run 2 and 3 axis machines with C axis machining capability allowing us to offer a wide range of component sizes and geometries. We work with materials including stainless steel, aluminium, mild and alloy steels, copper alloys, brass, bronzes and plastics, providing one-off prototypes through to high volume batches.

  • Other Services

    Greenbridge Precision offer other services to ensure that special requirements are accommodated and timely delivery achieved. We are experienced in managing the procurement and supply of complete machining packages including services which we can offer through our list of approved business partners. These services include: Heat treatment, Electroplating (ferrous & non-ferrous components), Grinding, Welding (steel, stainless steel & aluminium), Fabrication (bending, forming & punching), Laser profiling, Aluminium extrusion, Specialist finishing processes.

  • Prototypes

    We appreciate your need to get product to market as fast as possible. Our aim is to help you do this by offering a rapid response on your prototypes. So whether you have a one-off bespoke design or need a small initial production run to trial a new design, we will ensure we meet your requirements. In addition we offer design and manufacturing advice to assist in producing a cost effective and repeatable product once the component goes into production.

  • Quality

    Greenbridge Precision are working towards aquiring ISO 9001 accreditation. We ensure that all work is controlled and monitored with an emphasis on continual improvement. We ensure that raw materials, manufactured components, subcontract services and treatments are completed exactly to each customers’ specification. Full standard and bespoke documentation and material traceability are provided to suit customer requirements.

  • Conventional Machining

    Greenbridge Precision offer a conventional machining service. This includes milling and turning for both metals and plastics, all detailed to your specific requirements.
